До недавних пор всю выпечку покупал именно там :пицца,растегаи ,сладкое и тд ,шаурма иногда перекусы первых блюд !! Но вот в один из дней :зашли с приятелем после работы быстро взять 2кофе и 2шаурмы ,прождали более 40 мин ,наш заказ так и не был нам выдан ,после обращения на кассу мне мягко говоря нахамили ,на вопрос сколько ждать ответили есть и по часу ждут )) я такого прикола еще не встречал !! После моего замечания о о том что сотрудники данной точки своим землякам отпускают продукцию без очереди ,со мной вступили в спор !!я указал кому и что отпустили без очереди -пыл поубавился !! Попросил номер телеф директора ,с горем пополам дали ,связался с ним !!пообщались ,адекватный культурный !! Извинился !! После видимо звонил сотрудникам и устроил разнос ,но скорость выдачи нашего заказа не изменилась )) на нас бросали ненавистные взгляды обсуждая что то на своем языке !! Пофиг ! Прождали еще около 15 мин ,забрали деньги и ушли !! Так же на данной точке все чаще стали запихивать горелые до невозможности лепешки когда берешь 3и более !!несколько лет брал только там но после подобного обращения и выходок со строноны сотрудников ,буду обходить стороной данное бистро о чем и знакомым сообщил !! Единая очередь должна соблюдаться и не важно кто вы ней стоит :брат,сват или земляк! Не рекомендую данное Бистро из за хамовитости и наглости персонала !!директору желаю процветания и успехов ,но штат бы перетрясти основательно
