Были сегодня в вашем магазине на Пречистенке и, к сожалению, больше не вернёмся. Получили совершенно хамский приём, сложилось ощущение, что мы своим присутствием помешали сотрудникам ничего не делать, чем вызвали неудовольствие. Никакой консультации, ответы на вопросы из разряда «капитан очевидность». В общем, ехали час через весь город, чтобы уйти с крайне неприятным осадком. Искренне надеюсь, что такое отношение к клиентам не позиция вашей компании, а единичный случай хамства.

Здравствуйте, Игорь. Благодарим за ваш отзыв. К сожалению, после новогодних праздников много продукции доступно только "под заказ", что в целом нормальная практика для дорогостоящих товаров. Однако мы делаем всё возможное, чтобы доставить покупателям заказанные товары в максимально короткие сроки.

Очень дорого, можно найти в два раза дешевле. Например дымоход с работой на Риге стоит +-60 т.р а здесь мне почитали на 150. Зато красиво,
