После замены головного домофона перестали работать ключи у всей семьи, на вопрос специалисту монтирующему домофон какого простите ... , в ответ услышал -" Вы обязаны купить у нас новые ключи по 300 рублей за шт. " т. е. получается что нарушение УК РФ по статье 157 их не волнует, их волнует только прибыль, при этом не думая о том что я придя с прогулки с детьми должен стоять под дверью и ждать пока кто-то откроет дверь выходя из подъезда или ждать человека у которого "оригинальный" ключ. то что у меня ключ работал со старым блоком, с новым не работает. Еще есть пожарный выход со считывателем для ключа, однако вчера этот считыватель был разбит вечером и не принимал ключ, а соответственно я не мог попасть домой, стоял под метелью, сильно замерз и простыл. По сему требую руководителя организации отреагировать на подобный отзыв и задуматься над поведением своих сотрудников и ответственность за свою работу. Надеюсь что адекватные действия организации позволят обычным людям нормально пользоваться услугами безопасности подъезда без ограничения свободы со стороны данного сервиса.
