Отношение персонала к своей работе наплевательское,директор опоздывает,менеджер Лайла скорей отговаривает от покупки чем пытается продать ,печально что в таком богатом городе так мало застройщиков,без конкуренции персонал альметьевского домкора превращается в типичный деревенский сельпо где обслуживают не по стандартам ,а по настроению

Домкор более 6-ти лет застраивает район. Практически весь район целиком строится одной компанией. Как так получается, что при этом такое наплевательское отношение к району в целом? Строите гетто в котором нечего делать, планировка такая что весь подъезд заставлен машинами, с коляской не пройти, с людьми порой трудно разойтись на тротуаре. Уличный свет проведен только до 23-го дома, и то вдоль 68-го и 23-го нет света, дальше вся улица освещена светом с окон. В районе давно пора сделать сквозное движение по Галеева на Объездную. Но нет уже столько лет только два выезда на 10 тысяч населения. Когда то брал квартиру в 23-м доме, в целом устраивала цена качество на тот момент, теперь продал, хочу расширяться, но ни я ни мои друзья более не хотят здесь жить. На районе делать нечего абсолютно, а выбраться сплошная головная боль, кругом все заставлено, с утра и вечером пробки, детские площадки с покрытием в виде гравия, есть огороженные площадки для футбола тоже покрытие гравий, там же баскетбольные кольца, как бить мячом то на гравии? Сеток на кольце нет, это же как играть то? В целом многое не продумано, построили дом и забыли.
