Впечатлений уйма! Начнем по порядку:1.Совершили заказ через приложение, привычным для себя способом.2. Доставка как обычно в течении 30 минут.3. Проходит 30 минут, мой заказ исчезает с приложения, благо отбивка пришла на почту с оплатой и выбранными позициями.4. Ни курьера, ни пиццы, набираем по номеру, УКАЗАННОМУ к данному филиалу БИРЮЛЁВО ЗАПАДНОГО, ПО АДРЕСУ ул.Харьковская 8 корпус 2 строение 2, ПОПАДАЮ ЧУДЕСНЫМ ОБРАЗОМ НА ФИЛИАЛ АКАДЕМИКА ЯНГЕЛЯ, Приходится звонить на горячую линию, где еще минут 7 меня пытаются убедить в том, что номер ВЕРНЫЙ. 5. Прошел час, пиццы нет, меня соединили с нужным мне филиалом, где говорят о том, что заказ должен быть уже у меня, НО УВЫ, его нет! С диким удивлением, параллельно звонят курьеру, и оказывается он уже поднимается. 6. Говорю о том, что я хочу вернуть сумму за заказ, на что мне отвечают, сейчас соединю с директором нашего филиала.7. -«Ресторан доминос пицца, я вас слушаю», представляться эта особа отказалась, лишь сказав, что она директор данного филиала, сообщает о том, что у них уже нет такой практики как возвращать средства за не вовремя привезённый заказ, и максимум что она предложила мне, это КАРТОШКУ ФРИ БЕСПЛАТНУЮ к след заказу, на что в ответ я сказала, что сервис у ВАС просто пиз*ец. Оповестили бы о задержке изначально, диалог строился бы в другом ключе. Но раз уж ресторан ЗАЯВЛЯЕТ о своем сервисе, то наверное, нужно оправдывать его!8. Я не поленюсь, доеду до филиала Доминос на Харьковской, и узнаю ФИО директора, которая как мышь, перед новым годом, решила обосрать настроение всем клиентам. Так чтож, ловите ответочку! – показать
