16.07 заказал пиццу на дом в 10:19, примерно в 10.30-10.40 на странице статус заказа она была готова и светилось в пути. Привезли пиццу в 11.30 чуть тёплую и картошка фри вялая и чуть тёплая, пришлось в духовке греть. Спросил у курьера:" почему так долго везли?" , курьер:" у меня рабочий день с 11.00, в 11.00 вручили и я поехал". вот это сервис. На улице 21й век, а сервис как у шарашкиной конторы, не ожидал такого от заведения с оценкой 4,3. Не рекомендую! Поставил звезду - всё же привезли.

В целом все вкусно. Через сайт заказать не получается, в приложении не выбирается адрес, заказ только по телефону, а по телефону нельзя заказать с промокодом))) По итогу вместо 500 рублей с промокодом, приходится платить 950...
