Сделала заказ в 16:30, отметила, чтобы привезли к 19:30! Звоню в ресторан уточнить статус заказа, отвечает женщина, которая даже не понимает, что от нее требуют!!! Я объясняю проблему, она говорит мол много заказов, вы каждый заказ делаете по 3 часа?!? Я говорю, что при таком долго ожидании кладут комплимент в заказ или делают скидку (в том же доминос, в прошлые разы так было), она мне отвечает «ничего не будет», спрашиваю почему, ответ «Потому что» и сбрасывает трубку. У вас что за сервис такой?! Перезваниваю и никто не берет телефон

Не понятно что случилось с доставкой в целом у сети, уже второй ресторан, где доставка задерживается далеко не на пару минут! Конкретно здесь привезли за 50 минут. Прикрепляю фото ожидания и реальности.
