Заказала к дню рождения набор продуктов (накладная №771 от 14 октября 2013 г), получила подтверждение по эл. почте со списком,где были тарталетки с муссом из лосося - 10 шт.- 500 рублей. Привезли на работу, забрала пакет, расписалась, в общем посмотрела, но в коробки не заглянула, чуть позже обнаружила в коробке вместо 10 тарталеток - 3 штуки (за 500 рублей),с жульеном вместо лосося. Позвонила, конечно, но мне стали внушать, что товар приходит ночью, девочки перепутали, спешили и пр. Водитель все-таки вернулся за 3 тарталетками и нагрубил- это я должна все открывать и проверять.Укажите в накладной фамилию, кто укладывал- надо выполнять заказ в точном соответствии с заказанной продукцией и не надо хитрить. Считаю работу организации безответственной, не настроенной на выполнение заказов. Ольга

Заказываю продукты питания на ДФ уже не первый год! Я и вся моя семья очень довольна качеством, свежестью и вкусом продуктов. У меня маленькие дети, поэтому все эти качества для меня важны! Спасибо! Всем рекомендую Домашнюю ферму!

Заказывал мясо (Свиная шея), привезли тухлое мясо. Накладная №638 от 25 апреля 2020.

Были выявлены нарушения в работе логистической компании. Не соблюдение температурного режима при доставке клиенту. Компания оштрафована и расторгнут договор. На данный момент доставкой занимается логистическая компания "Термодоставка". Спасибо за ваш отзыв. Приносим свои извинения!
