В Доме Солнца уже несколько месяцев постоянно хожу на Зумбу к Валентине. Очень рекомендую! Зумбой занимаюсь уже который год, поменяла 6-7 педагогов и поняла, что самые амебные - в фитнес клубах. Валю нашла по рекомендации подруги, которая к ней давно уже ходит. решила попробовать, большой плюс - от метро Сухаревская пешком буквально 5 минут, внутри чисто, уютно. Так поняла, что это центр для детей днем, а вечером здесь проводят классы йоги, танцев и тд. С первых же минут мне понравилось, что преподаватель заразительно улыбалась искренне, сразу видно, человеку нравится его работа, а когда нравится, то и подход от души, а не как у многих других: давайте тут подрыгаемся, вы дадите мне свои деньги и отстанете от меня. У Вали приятно находится, весело, хочется заниматься, так как получаешь удовольствие, заряд энергии и главное - результаты не заставили себя ждать. Таешь быстро )))) в общем велком, сами убедитесь;)
