Всем привет!хочу оставить свой НЕГАТИВНЫЙ ОТЗЫВ О САЛОНЕ И ЕГО РУКОВОДИТЕЛЕ ИРИНЕ АРУСТАМЯН!С таким я встретилась первый раз!Я с 2018 года являлась постоянной клиенткой этого салона,была довольна некоторыми мастерами и с удовольствием к ним ходила,но через какое-то время мои мастера уходили из этого салона(теперь понимаю почему),приходилось обслуживаться у других…и тут я попадаю в руки мастера Рушаны,мало того,что она причинила мне только боль,при маникюре,порезала несколько пальцев,так каки м то образом она мне сожгла пальцы на обеих руках....сначала была неприятная боль и онемение пальцев,потом пошло вздутие кожи у основания ногтя…и что я увидела через день,привело меня в ужас!несколько пальцев были сожжеными(фото приложу)на мою претензию мастер и руководитель только вздыхали…после моих слов вернуть деньги и возместить траты на крема,чтобы вылечить эти ожоги,мне предложили 50%от суммы,я была не согласна на это..казалось вроде бы поняли друг друга....у меня спросили номер карты на которую можно перевести деньги…я ждала,звонила,мне обещали перевести в конце дня…не дождалась…след.день подошел-тишина..после моих угрожающих смс мне перечислили 50%от суммы…Т.е человек который рекламирует свое имя в журналах так мелочно обращается с клиентами…Девочки,обходите стороной эту» контору»!!!! – показать

Не знаю эту школу,но когда пишут сожгли пальцы это капец смешно.В прошлом сама мастер и не раз таких идиоток видела,вы за три копейки ходите еще и милостыню просите назад.Если бы была база таких умных клиенток вы не в одном салоне услугу бы не получили.Радуйтесь что вас вообще обслуживают.
