нечаянно купили 2 экземпляра одной книги, т.к всего брали много разных книг (всего 9). обнаружили сразу, когда дошли до машины. Позвонили в магазин, попросили обмен на другую книгу или сдать. Администратор не пошел на встречу! в Лабиринте, Библио обмен, возврат есть.

Достаточно хороший магазин, если не сказать, что просто замечательный. Можно найти книгу на любую тематику. Очень много детской разнообразной литературы. Есть отдел с канцтоварами. Скидки предоставляются по студенческому и социальной кате москвича.

Хороший выбор и книг и канцелярии. Цены тоже адекватные. График работы только неудобный с 11 до 20. Кто работает до поздна и с утра туда точно не попадает. Ещё мне неудобно было найти зелёную гелевую ручку, искала минут 10. Потому что у них товары разложены по марке, а не по сути. Я марки не знаю, мне просто нужна была гелевая зелёная ручка и я хотела выбрать не самую дорогую, а тут ты в каждой марке в толпе шариковых ручек её ищешь, ну как то странно.
