Верните старого администратора! Пользуюсь услугами дома быта, уже втрой год. В целом была довольна. Но сегодня меня сильно разочаровали. Администратор ходил курить. Пришлось подождать. Далее видя, что её ждёт 4 человека, он поболтал с продавцом из соседнего магазина. Не долго, всего 3-5 минут. Все это время швея занималась собой. Брызгала ноги дезодорантом, натирала лосьоном. Каково же было мое удивление, когда при выходе она спросила: «Ну что у вас там еще? Полчаса стояли не могли спросить». На мое замечание о том, что откуда я знала что к ней можно обратиться, что вы и сами меня видели, швея стала со мной прерикаться. Итог. Подшить оторвавшийся край футболки стоит 400 руб. При её стоимости в 900 руб. На мой взгляд лучше зашить самой. Странно ещё то, что время работы в яндексе до 21:00. А по факту в 19:57 сотрудники сообщают, что они закрываются и расходятся по домам. В это воскресение дом быто тоже был закрыт. Повесть, пожалуйста, режим работы и обновить режим работы в интернете. Заранее спасибо.

Мастера все с гонором, качество среднее, все заказы выполняются с задержкой. Цены заоблочные. Паршивое ателье

Испортили обувь и нахамили. Отдавала новые босоножки поставить профилактику, сделали плохо, оторвали стельку, оставили царапины на кожаном каблуке, при этом нахамили когда отдавали обувь

Одежду ремонтируют просто отлично, даже сложный трикотаж. Поэтому швей могу рекомендовать совершенно искренне. А обувных мастеров не советую. Дважды сдавала обувь и дважды они портили ее по принципу «одно лечим, другое калечим». Сделали набойки — стали шататься каблуки. Отремонтировали один супинатор — сломали второй, на обеих туфлях распотрошили стельки как будто искали бриллианты. Смешно.

Супинатор может сломаться только при ношении, на ноге. Мастер не мог его сломать.
