Работают люди с вокзала, без разрешения на работу в РФ. Ждать мастера больше суток. Цена по телефону одна в итоге минимум в 5 раз больше. Не платите. Вызывайте полицию. И в Роспотребнадзор обращайтесь. Документы не выдают. Существует года 3. Отрицательных отзывов в интернете вагон и маленькая тележка.

Доброго дня! Очевидно Вы ошиблись в написании отзыва на нашу организацию. 1. Сотрудники - граждане РФ. 2. У нас нет выездных мастеров, ремонт осуществляется либо сразу в мастерской либо сдается в наш СЦ (при этом оформляется квитанция). 3. При выдаче изделия из ремонта ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО выдается клиенту гарантийный талон и чек об оплате (оплата только по факту готового ремонта). 4. Сеть мастерских работает уже более 10 лет. 5. Мы тщательно следим за репутацией и постоянно работаем над улучшением качества оказываемых услуг. Если Вы столкнулись с некачественным сервисом в виде выездных мастеров, то, пожалуйста, оставляйте отзыв на ПРАВИЛЬНОЙ странице организации. По поводу ремонта часов не первый раз обращаюсь, были разные случаи и со всеми проблемами помогали справиться! Адекватные цены и все по гарантии! Рекомендую!

Сдавал тут часы свои на ремонт, сказали, что ремонтируют в другой мастерской и попросили ждать звонка. Мастер позвонил через день, часы забрал через три готовыми и с гарантией, цена за ремонт тоже порадовала, так что обращайтесь
