Отвратительное заведение. Перед новым годом мама, она с нами не живёт, попросила сделать ей ключ от нашей квартиры чтобы могла приезжать к внукам и гулять с ними имея свой ключ. В Мультимастере сделали ключ, принесли он не рабочий. После работы через несколько дней смогла я заехать чтобы исправили. Мастер переделал. Прихожу домой, ключ не рабочий. Через несколько дней пошла опять. Прихожу домой ключ не рабочий. Это повторилось 6 Раз! В результате сказали, что гарантия 2 недели, деньги вернуть не можем!!!! Это при условии, что были праздники, каждый раз мне надо было приезжать и платить 100р за паркинг в Коламбусе. Теперь говорят все по закону, гарантия 2 недели деньги не вернём!. Обходите стороной эту мастерскую.

Обманывают на деньги. Товар за 200 рублей впарили за 700. Интернета в этом подвале нет, чтобы загуглить актуальную цену на месте

Неадекватные цены! Нужно было распечатать договор -4 листа обычного текста.Взяли 80 руб.20 руб за лист,вы серьезно? Я нигде такого маразма не видела

Сдала на профилактику Босоножки Alaia в новом состоянии…на мысах было 2 скола буквально по 1 мм, мастер предложил устранить это жидкой кожей…я чуть не расплакалась от ужаса, который они сделали, забирая их, все испачканы и из глянцевой кожи носы стали матовыми, смотреться просто по-уродски…на мои претензии администратор хамила, не обращала на меня внимания, демонстративно общалась с новыми подошедшими клиентами…потом вскользь добавила, что видимо мастер когда заделывал ньюанс размеров 1 мм, задел прощадь размеров 10 см… хотите испортить дорогую обувь-Вам сюда – показать

Нужно, было молнию в кожаную сумку.. Мастер работу сделал, быстро и… абы как… Молния открывалась ко мне.... а, закрывалась соответственно, от, меня. Придя, забирать заказ, я указал, на эту ошибку и объяснил, почему должно быть, так, а не иначе. Переделали быстро за, свой счёт.
