Был абонентом данного провайдера четыре года, особых нареканий за это время не обнаружил. Как и у любых поставщиков интернета в городе, а сталкивался я уже не с одним, у этого есть свои плюсы и минусы. Из достоинств можно отметить довольно удобную систему бонусов (позволяющих, например, периодически увеличивать скорость интернета выше заявленной по тарифу), довольно качественный уровень связи (разрывов либо внезапных проседаний скорости практически не наблюдалось), ну и, пожалуй, довольно удобный сервис "Турбодом", через который несколько раз приобретались игры по акциям с неплохими скидками. Из неприятных моментов - довольно низкий уровень обслуживания в техподдержке (ответ оператора приходится ждать обычно довольно долго, и что-то действительно дельное услышать в советах большая редкость) и довольно высокая абонентская плата сравнительно с конкурентами. Но в целом, повторюсь, считаю, что компания весьма неплоха.

качество интернета желает лучшего... абонентская плата не из самых дешевых. при подключение агенты не рассказывают всей правды о скорости, ценах и акциях. Постоянные звонки специалистов надоедают ужасно. При этом, когда при звонке ты рассказываешь о том, что тебя не устраивает, обещают направить техника и т.п., но как в конце разговора ты отказываешься от подключения дополнительных услуг, видимо сразу забывают о своих обещаниях
