Помещение чистое, приятная музыка играет. По карте расчитаться нельзя, после оплаты наличными чек не предложили.

Здравствуйте! Очень жаль, что Ваш опыт оказался негативным. Приносим искренние извинения. Какую услугу Вы заказывали? Чеки выбиваются всегда, это требование закона. Иногда клиенты не забирают чеки, но все чеки теперь хранятся в электронном виде, Вы можете получить чек, если укажете дату, время покупки и сумму. У нас можно рассчитаться картой. Очень редко бывает, что терминал не работает. Надеемся, что в дальнейшем мы сможем соответствовать Вашим ожиданиям по качеству сервиса.

Спасибо за оперативный ответ! Как хорошо, что чеки хранятся у вас в электронном виде. 13.11.19 время 12:10, сумма 45 рублей, оказывалась услуга по ксерокопированию. Пожалуйста, выдайте мне кассовый чек, мне он нужен. Прошу сообщить на почту admin@tknsk.ru, когда я могу его забрать.

Константин, мы оценили Ваше чувство юмора :) К сожалению, чек на сумму 45 рублей за указанную дату и время обнаружить не удалось. Возможно, Вы неверно указали сумму. Стоимость одной копии 10 рублей, 45 не делится на 10. Спасибо, что указали на наши ошибки, мы стараемся становаться лучше для наших клиентов.
