По телефону записался на массаж на доступное время, изначально хотел на 12:30, но договорились с администратором, что если получится раньше, я подъеду, раньше не получилось, приехал к 12:30, мне уже по факту сказали, что врач ушла и не дождалась, ни звонка на телефон, ни звонка на вацап (все скриншоты есть), просто - ваш врач уже уехал Сюда больше не поеду и расскажу всем знакомым об этом случае

Добрый день. Мы приносим искренние извинения за неудобства, возникшие в связи с вашим визитом. Мы посмотрели данные вашей записи, чтобы разобраться в сложившейся ситуации, и выяснили, что вы были записаны на 12:00. После мы выяснили, что администраторы звонили вам несколько раз. Первый раз, вы сказали, что будете через 10 минут, а после этого звонка перестали брать трубку, в связи с этим, врач был отпущен, поскольку мы не знали, приедете вы или нет. Когда вы приехали, а приехали вы в 12:30, администратор предложила вам записаться в этот же день на вечерний визит. Сожалеем, что ваш визит не состоялся, но мы будем рады, если вы все же решите воспользоваться нашими услугами, и постараемся сделать так, чтобы вы остались довольны.
