Сегодня (10.04.2026)записалась на прием, к врачу гинекологу, по адресу, Советская 38. Запись была на 8-00. Я пришла в 7-50, как и просили, но самый большой шок в том, что врач не пришла на прием! Мне пришлось обратиться в другую клинику. Перенести запись не могла, так как работаю с 9-00. Первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким, вро же бы не гос больница, хотя там врачи и то на работу приходят.

Платная клиника… Вызвали врача на дом для полугодовалого ребенка с температурой, сильным кашлем и насморком, о чем конечно же сообщали при обращении. Обратились к ним в надежде, что врач приедет быстрее, да, как же. Прошли сутки, врача по-прежнему нет. Разочаровывает не столько это, сколько их неопределенность, когда они смогут отправить к нам специалиста. На очевидный вопрос «когда ждать?» получаем ответ «не знаем». И это только после того, как мы сами им позвонили, так и не дождавшись доктора к концу вечера, хотя изначально они сказали, что сообщат нам, если не получится, еще одно - да, как же. Не знаю, отношение такое из-за обращения по страховке, или они к любому клиенту так относятся, но я очень сомневаюсь, что после такого нам снова захочется к ним обратиться даже личным посещением.
