Изначально лечилась у другого врача, но лечение не помогало, и, как оказалось, диагноз был поставлен не верный. Я обратилась за помощью к Марату Тальгатовичу. Он выслушал мою историю болезни и ознакомился с результатами анализов и рентгена, провел полный осмотр. Мне понравилось, что Марат Тальгатович вовлечен в проблему, ответил на все мои вопросы и дал рекомендации насчет дальнейшей терапии. Также мне понравился его подход к доказательной медицине и то, что назначает только нужные препараты. Приемом я осталась очень довольна и из кабинета вышла со спокойствием и уверенностью. Благодарю вас, Марат Тальгатович, за чуткое отношение к пациентам и за ваш профессионализм. Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить куратору Яне, которая в кратчайшие сроки помогла мне решить вопрос с записью на прием к врачу, не смотря на мое позднее обращение к ней. Всегда готова помочь с расшифровкой назначений, анализов и решением иных организационных вопросов.

Хочу сказать большое спасибо куратору Яне Юрьевне! С самого первого звонка она всё спокойно объяснила: какие обследования нужны, как к ним подготовиться, в какой последовательности всё будет проходить. На каждом этапе она была на связи, напоминала о визитах, помогала с переносами, если что-то не получалось. Очень благодарна за такую поддержку!
