2 года периодически посещал данную клинику. Записался на приём к врачу Горлушкину В.А. Время приёма абсолютно не соблюдается, прождал 15 минут и ушёл. При записи предупреждают, что опоздание не более 5 минут, по факту сидите и ждите, как в бюджетной поликлинике. Цените время своих пациентов.

Уважаемый Павел действительно имел факт задержки приема. Мы приносим Вам свои извинения за случившееся. Иногда такие ситуации к сожалению случаются и они, как правило, связаны со сложными клиническими случаями у пациентов. С уважением сети клиник "Доктор А"

Добрый день! Конкретно по данной ситуации: я пришёл в 19.30, назначенное время 19.40, в 19.35 зашёл пациент, который, предположительно, был записан до меня. Прождал до 19.55, больше времени ждать не было. Если у вас был какой-то сбой/накладка, то почему бы не известить своих пациентов? От записи я, естественно, отказался. Ваши извинения, никак не могут компенсировать моё потраченное время на ожидание. Преимущества платной клиники именно в приёме в назначенное время. У врача Горлушкина В.А., данное преимущество отсутствует.

Очень довольна врачом в частности лором Чупа Юрием Сергеевичем. Очень грамотный, компетентный, приятный специалист. На приеме провел тщательный осмотр, сделал все необходимые манипуляции безумно аккуратно и бережно, максимально теплое отношение к пациенту, лечение назначено грамотное. Будем ходить дальше только к нему, нашли своего доктора. Клиника хорошая, цены приемлемые.

Хорошая клиника, много разных врачей, вежливый персонал, каждый год по приезду в отпуск приезжаем сюда для того чтобы пройти ежегодный медосмотр дочке.

Отказали в приеме ребенка, через месяц исполнится18 лет. Сославшись на отсутствие доверенности от родителей. В других местах спокойно с 15 лет принимали. По телефону при записи об этом не сообщили.
