Добрый вечер, сегодня произошёл не допустимый для платной поликлиники инцидент. Мой ребёнок был записан неделю назад в вашу клинику на приём к офтальмологу, при записи было указано, что мы с другого города. Сегодня мы приехали в Тюмень чтоб пройти офтальмолога, за 2 часа до приёма, мне позвонили и сказали, что доктор ещё не вышла с больничного, это нормально? Это халатное отношение, зная что нет доктора, ваши работники должны были сообщить мне об этом не за 2 часа, а как минимум за 2 дня. Мне пришлось взять день без сохранения зп, ребёнок пропустил школу, мы потратили деньги на проезд, чтоб услышать в телефон, что приём отменяется.Никакогда в жизни я больше не обращусь в вашу клинику, никому её не посоветую, напишу куда только можно про эту ситуацию. А директору советую следить за своим персоналом и научить их работать.

Понравилось: Очень аккуратно и быстро прошла операция. Чувствовался профессионализм врача. Реабилитация после операции проходит хорошо. История пациента: У меня было варикоцеле​. Мне нужна была операция, так как по анализам​ всё нормально. И только спермограмма​ была не в порядке.

Понравилось: Лечение помогает. Более того, есть приятное побочное действие от лечения. Я бросил пить алкоголь от слова вообще. Хотя с врачом мы об этом и не говорили! Она всегда спрашивает про самочувствие, чувствуешь какую-то родственную заботу. В общем, это тяжело объяснить! История пациента: Я обратился к данному врачу совершенно случайно и не пожалел. Лечение помогло, а точнее, помогает. До этого обращался к другому неврологу. Всё впустую! Более доброго и общительного, грамотного специалиста в своём деле я не встречал. Вот вы не поверите, Ольга Николаевна встречает с таким позитивом, такая жизнерадостная, что даже если зашёл без настроения, то выходишь с улыбкой и понимаешь, что всё будет хорошо!
