21.04.20 заказал в Жуковском пиццу с доставкой по акции. На время акции отменили правило "доставим за 60 минут или пицца бесплатно". Не придал этому большого значения в момент заказа. Оплатил на сайте картой в 18.04. Срок доставки был до 19.04. Пиццу привезли в 20.20. Как оказалось, ЕЩЕ И ХОЛОДНУЮ!!! Сразу же набрал пиццерию. На звонки не отвечали. Написал письмо с требованием вернуть деньги. Их ответ на следующий день: ...приносим извинения за холодную пиццу. Деньги не вернем, т.к. прошло много времени. Сколько много? 1 минута после того, как убежал курьер и я обнаружил, что пицца холодная. Еще 1 минута, чтобы я набрал телефон пиццерии 5 раз и мне не ответили? Из принципа больше ничего не закажу!!!

Доброго времени суток, Надежда! Да, действительно, на сегодняшний день, мы, к сожалению не принимаем заказы в зал :( Заказ можно оформить через официальное приложение или сайт. В меню также имеется кофе :)
