Нормальная пицца. Но для меня кажется немного не гигиеничным работа поваров без перчаток.

Наши пиццамейкеры готовят без использования перчаток. Это связано с особенностями работы: - перчатки создают ложное чувство чистоты, иллюзию чистоты. Использование перчаток результативно, если менять перчатки после контакта с каждым новым продуктом. Мытье рук так же эффективно как замена перчаток и намного более эффективно, чем длительная работа в одних и тех же перчатках. Отмечу, что ношение перчаток обязывает мыть руки; - без перчаток проще контролировать чистоту рук. Перед приготовлением любого продукта на кухне пиццамейкер тщательно моет руки и обрабатывает их дезраствором, который используется в хирургии; - в перчатках потеют руки, создается теплая и влажная среда — идеальное место для размножения бактерий. Бактерии окажутся в еде, если целостность перчаток нарушится; - готовить в перчатках сложнее. Например, к ним липнут продукты, через перчатки сложнее контролировать силу нажатия, температуру или текстуру продукта. В перчатках тяжело приготовить идеальную основу для пиццы. Всё это скажется на том, каким получится готовое блюдо; - каждый сотрудник получает медицинскую книжку, это неукоснительное правило выполняется компанией бескомпромиссно. Спасибо за обращение!
