1 февраля 2020 г. я сделал заказ # 144. Курьер опоздал (вез заказ более часа). Звонит мне курьер и вместо "Здравствуйте!" в крайне недовольной манере говорит: "Вы, может, мне дверь откроете?!". Оказывается, он стоит под не моим подъездом у не моего дома (промахнулся, маленько, но дверь открыть требует). Я честно пытаюсь ему объяснить, как всё-таки до меня доехать. В ответ вместо "Спасибо!" он мне рассказывается, что он сюда приехал "по навигатору", а навигатор, видимо, точно лучше меня знает, где я живу. Понимая, что он меня слушать не хочет, звоню девушку-оператору, подробно ей объясняю, как ко мне проехать, и прошу передать курьеру. Минут через десять он добрался, отдал мне заказ и, уходя, послал на три буквы за то, что "я на него пожаловался".

Долго, дорого и плохо. Купила по меню "2 больших куска пиццы", по факту разные по размеру куски...на вопрос: Почему? Отвечают: "ну так получилось....."
