А я заказала в 22.10 время было Заказ был по звонку Приняли заказ все переспросили и номер для связи Сказали в течении часа После 2-ух часов ожидания поняла что пиццы не будет

Решил попробовать эту пиццу, но не смог дозвониться. Автоинформатор говорит что в додо ажиотаж и тебе перезвонят через 5 мин. - смешно даже как-то. Рекламу гоняют по всем каналам, а на звонки не отвечают. В голове не укладывается, сейчас при такой конкуренции за любого клиента бороться надо, а они подзакушались, похоже. Жируют от денег. Еще и "филиалы" наоткрывали в 13 странах. Если не можете колл центр найти нормальный и отвечать на звонки, зачем открываете новые заведения? Бестолковая организация. Подобные проблемы есть и у доминос, но но уровне отдельных пиццерий, когда не отвечают из-за занятости, но в доминос хотя бы на общий номер 8 800 отвечают всегда. P.S. Если уж рекламируетесь на федеральных каналах, как сбербанк и мвидео то хотя бы как и они обязаны отвечать на телефон!!!
