Местоположение хорошее. Но внутри всегда сыро как то, особенно в подвальном этаже. Также совсем непонятно почему в магазине детских товаров нет элементарно пандуса, чтобы коляску вниз спустить (на минус первый этаж). Более того, лестница металлическая, неудобная.

Хороший магазин. Ассортимент большой. Продавцы помогут найти что нужно. Подскажут расскажут. Первый этаж игрушки памперсы еда и канцтовары, подвал одежда(много одежды) коляски кроватки обувь самокаты.

В Дочках-сыночках регулярно приобретали товары для своего ребенка. Но после произошедшего конфликта, вряд ли я еще когда либо туда прийду. Это принципиально. При возврате по гарантии детских осенних ботиночек (порвались по шву), мне белее месяца не давали ответа по ним, хотя у них на сайте указан двух недельный срок. На второй мой приход, мне сообщили, что их зашили. Я им заявила, что не просила их об этом ни письменно, ни устно. На что Заместитель директора Алла Тютюникова заявила, что мне никто ничем не обязан ни она, ни магазин. Результаты экспертизы они также отказались сообщать, или представлять. Весь разговор с данным специалистом у меня записан. На сайт подана жалоба, посмотрим какая будет реакция. Поражает политика магазина, нарушили права потребителя, сэкономили 2500 рублей, но я ведь теперь принципиально к ним теперь никогда не приду.

В дочках-сыночках вы обязательно найдёте своему ребёнку одежду по нраву. Есть различные размеры, окраска и костюмы для любого времени года. Также много акционных товаров. Магазин часто устраивает скидки, поэтому сэкономить здесь - не проблема!
