Обращалась в клинику с сыном в 2024 году. В январе 2025 года заказала справку для налоговой инспекции. В феврале справка не готова. Почему? Отвечают: "Вы не написали заявление! " Так почему в январе, когда я заказывала справку, администратор ничего не сказала про заявление??? Ладно. В феврале написала заявление, в котором указала все данные свои и ребёнка. Жду звонка о готовности справки. В марте звоню, интересуюсь - справка не готова! Почему? Бухгалтер в командировке) В апреле звоню - не берут трубку. Приехала в клинику. Оказывается, моих данных у них нет в базе! Интересно, кто должен им внести в базу данные пациентов? Уровень организации работы в этой шарашкиной конторе ниже плинтуса. Жаль хороших докторов, которые с этой конторой сотрудничают. Администраторы прикидываются то дурами, то потерявшими память. В клиентах совершенно не заинтересованы. Не берегут ни время, ни финансы, ни нервы своих пациентов.

Были на приёме с ребёнком у гастроэнтеролога Рогачевой Ирины Валентиновны, очень грамотная и чуткая врач! Расписала нам лечение, всё подробно объяснила, предварительно поставив диагноз. Будем проходить лечение теперь. Ирину Валентиновну буду рекомендовать!

Достоинства: Неоднократно был в этом мед.центре.проходил узи,был у невролога. Все очень результативно,рекомендую! Недостатки: Нет.
