Дисконтная программа и низкие цены в «Доброй аптеке» позволяют хорошо экономить на лекарствах, особенно в осенне-зимний сезон, в самый пик эпидемий вирусных болезней. Всегда держу дисконтную карту вместе с основной платежной и получаю лекарства с максимальными скидками. В перерасчете на ежемесячные закупки получается заметная сумма. Иногда даже препараты не называю, просто говорю, как в прошлый раз, все покупки держателей дисконтных карт сохраняются в системе. Это очень удобно, можно не носиться со списками.Отдельное спасибо фармацевтам, вот человек находится на своем месте и понимает с полуслова, когда иногда забудешь это название. Бывает, и помнишь какой нужен препарат, но в аптеке с таким огромным ассортиментом сразу все забываешь. Своевременная поддержка опытного специалиста позволяет определиться с дозировкой, как правильно принимать, до или после, во время еды. Это очень важно, чтобы обеспечивать терапевтический эффект. Покупаю только здесь и всем советую, близко от дома, всегда есть необходимые медикаменты, работают без отказов. – показать

Вчера 17 мая 2018 г. забронировала два препарата в аптеке (септолете со вкусом яблока и бактерицидные пластыри в колличестве 10 штук)ю. Фармацевт подтвердила, что все есть в наличии. Договорились, что к обеду я подъеду. Приехав в аптеку (ехала я специально из Бутово) фармацевт долго что-то искала в ящиках потом в компьютере, и в результате сообщила мне, что септолете с яблочным вкусом нет в наличии, а пластырей только 3 щтуки, Задав вопрос, в чем причина, получила ответ, что она проверила информа цию только по компьютеру, не убедившись в реальном наличии препаратов. В результате такого «качественного» обслуживания я осталась без медикаментов и пустой потерей личного времени. Безобразное отношение к клиентам! – показать
