Сам магазин нормальный, обычный Днс, однако - заказал рюкзак на сайте, товар был в наличии, все хорошо, но... Девушка принесла рюкзак, видно, что новый... Только весь в пыли... Честно говоря это.... , приходишь за товаром, а он прямо грязный... Объяснила, что так привезли и какой то сотрудник ДНС его бросил без упаковки в кузов...Всегда такой товар в целофане был, конечно девушка пошла навстречу, принесла ветошь и специальной жидкостью пыталась оттереть, в итоге сам протёр тщательно рюкзак. Номер заказа есть, ДНС, ЧЕСТНО НА ТАКОЙ МЕЛОЧИ МОЖЕТЕ МНОГО ПОТЕРЯТЬ.

Заказывали с доставкой на дом, все отлично, курьеры адекватные, привозят все вовремя, все работает, проблем нет.

Пришли с девушкой в магазин. Сначала купили наушники, девушка тут же их открыла чтобы проверить. Вроде все ок. Гуляем дальше по магазину, смотрим. Пока я отошел в сторону охранник с другим человеком начали обсуждать что: "Я не видел чтобы она покупала эти наушники" и начал приставать с глупыми вопросами к девушке. Потом мы выбрали для покупки электрическую зубную щетку Oral-B. Продавец на кассе отказал мне в проверке и демонстрации товара. Типо бери кота в мешке. Включил камеру и начал снимать сразу после оплаты. Комплектация слава богу полной оказалась и она работала. Но как только мы подошли к столику где проверяют товар мы увидели что другим людям демонстрировали исправную работу фена. А нам исправную работу электрической зубной щетки продемонстрировать отказались ссылаясь на якобы повреждение упаковки. А другим людям фен показали. И еще консультант на мои резонные возмущения начал мне хамить и тыкать. "Ты ей зубы чистить собрался?" Просто ужасный магазин. С диким и не вменяемым персоналом. В DNS больше ни ногой
