Доброго времени. Вот такая история, сломался у нас холодильник,экстренно поехали покупать в магазин DNS, все хорошо большой выбор, выбрали холодильник с доставкой на дом, доставка встала 2300р, покупали в среду, весь день четверг продолжали покупку, водитель звонил говорил ждите около часа привезём, потом трубку перестал брать, в 22:00 звонит и оправдывается что заказов много я не успеваю,типо он устал, сказал в другой раз привезём, мы звонили в службу DNS, наш звонок перевели в службу доставки, обещали в воскресение привезём вы по очереди будите первые, ну вот ждём опять целый день,водитель звонил нам обещал привезсти в течении часа, под вечер мы звоним ему он сказал, автомобиль сломался ждём подменный автомобиль, сказал перегрузим товар и сразу к вам,в итоге не привезли, поеду откажусь от товара и куплю в другом месте, жаль что продукты испортились и осадок остался от этого магазина.

Самый стремный магазин в Егорьевске.Стиральная машинка сломалась после двух месяцев использования.В ремонте отказали😡

Заказал холодильник через интернет-магазин. На третьей неделе сломался. Обратившись за гарантийным ремонтом, никаких действий от менеджеров не увидел. Замену на время ремонта уже неделю не привозят, о самом ремонте никто не заикается. Кажется, что кроме "втюхивания" товара менеджеры ничем здесь не занимаются, ответственность за проданный товар не несут вообще.

Менеджеру Владимиру - огромное СПАСИБО! Про любой товар расскажет все технические моменты. Поможет провести сравнение в подборе. Говорили ему потребности, хотелки и т.п., он очень грамотно, не навязывал товары, а просто объяснял технические характеристики и озвучивал +/- продукции. Просто и честно. Подробно, доступно и понятно. Выбирали сами. Ушли с покупками, довольные и счастливые!
