отказали в возврате, при наличии товара и чека, лишь из за упаковки, персонал отвратительный.

27 февраля решили сделать покупку в магазине на Привокзальной пл. ,при оплате картой в терминале произошёл какой-то сбой, в результате деньги у нас списали, а чек у них не вышел. Нам заявили, что оплата не прошла и предложили до суток ждать возврата средств, т, к, сумма была не маленькая мы решили позвонить в банк где нам сказали, что оплата прошла и никакой отмены со стороны магазина не было. Мы обратились в магазин с просьбой предоставить какой-то документ подтверждающий данный сбой, но нам категорически отказали! Сказали идите домрй, если в течении суток деньги не вернут, то обращайтесь в банк, т. е. их терминал снял у нас дпеньги, а мы сами должны их искать! При этом сотрудники вели себя просто по хамски! Не пытались ничего сделать,, не сочли нужным извиниться, а просто ходили хихикали.. Отвратительное отношение к покупателям, никому не советую делать покупки в этом магазине!
