Совершенно некомпетентный персонал. Не понимаю, с какой целью их берут на работу в таком количестве. Что бы ни спросил "не знаю". Звонишь - трубку не берут (в соседнем филиале на братиславской берут всегда телефон), спрашиваю "что у вас с телефоном?". Ответ не знаю. "Где мой заказ с номером...?". Ответ, еще не приехал , когда приедет не знаем, откуда его привезут тоже не знаем, телефона курьера не знаем.
