Вообще класс. Пришли, чисто купили провод, обычный микро ю♂️ass♂️би. Подошёл к графическому планшету, как родной. Проверили его работоспособность на месте. Всё круто. Консультант толковый. Так что респект. Всем советую

Товар который выносят в зал не тестят, купил клавиатуру не работали кнопки r, t, f, g, c, v, x, z будьте на чеку и сохраняйте чеки, а так все норм

Заказала лампу самовывозом из магазина на Таганской, на сайте DNS в этом магазине товар показывался в наличии. Но когда я приехала забирать, лампу не нашли. Предложили перезаказать. Спасибо, ребят, я бы сама не догадалась. Вот только мне снова придется тратить свое время, чтобы добраться до вас, и где гарантия, что лампа на этот раз обнаружится? Когда я спросила, как так вышло, начались шутеечки в духе "ну может, ее украли". Вам смешно? Мне не очень. Да, товар копеечный, но что за отношение вообще? Одновременно с этим я забирала и другой заказ, на кабель. Кабель тоже нашли далеко не сразу. Но здесь мне была непринципиальна модель, лишь бы разъем правильный. Но два заказа и два (окей, полтора) косяка. Ребят, что за дела-то?

Отказываются выдавать оплаченный товар по счёту, требуя печать ИП. Отказываются пояснить на каком основании это требование, на вопрос где управляющий ответили нету на месте, звонок в корпоративный отдел ничего не решил, отказались давать пояснения. Буду писать в Роспотребнадзор
