Отвозили телевизор на гарантийный ремонт. Полетела подсветка. Поменяли несколько светодиодов, телевизор заработал. Но недолго музыка играла. Через неделю телевизор опять перестал показывать. Сдали снова по гарантии. И вновь заменили несколько светодиодов. По стечению обстоятельств телевизор включили только через две недели. Как раз после окончания гарантийного срока. Наш чудо агрегат проработал ровно 8 минут, и снова подсветка приказала долго жить. Я не знаю, сколько бы ещё пришлось заменить этих несчастных светодиодов, если бы гарантийный срок не вышел. Так что не наступайте на мои грабли, и проверяйте сразу работоспособность. Собираюсь провести независимую экспертизу телевизора и качества проведения гарантийного "ремонта". А далее по результатам исковое заявление в суд.

немного промочили телефон, перестал включаться. Принесли на диагностику и хотя бы извлечь информацию с телефона . Через несколько дней сказали, что диагностику провели. Вывод: сгорела материнская плата, на просьбу извлечь информацию с телефона, сказали, что модуль памяти тоже сгорел и уже ни чего не сделаешь. Заплатили за эту "ДИАГНОСТИКУ" 500 рублей. Менеджер предложила нам продать телефон за те же 500 рублей на запчати , "Что б оправдать диагностику". (к слову, телефон стоит больше 10тыс.руб.)Вернулись домой и забыли на некоторое время про этот телефон. А тут он попался на глаза и решили куда нибудь его определить. На всякий случай включили подзарядить и ... о чудо, утонувший, "замкнувший и сгоревший" телефон РАБОТАЕТ!!! Из диагностики, как оказывается, только выкрутили болтики для вида, что производились некие манипуляции и даже не вернули их на место. Больше ни чего не сделали, даже не просушили, просто забрали деньги. Горе специалисты. Ни когда не ходите в эту мастерскую.
