Муж покупал джойстик 16.11.19 принесли на кассу упаковку вскрытую, по ощущениям открыта была давно. Принёс домой джойстик он не работал. Ощущение что продают б.у товар или после ремонта усилилось. В день заказа вернуть товар не получилось так что закрылся магазин. На след день сказали требуется экспертиза естественно. А то что мне принесли возможно уже сломаный товар такого конечно не рассматривается. Для меня защита от кривых рук пломбы завода изготовителя. А если до меня товар смотрели значит доверия уже нет. Могли сделать что угодно с учетом ещё и того что в магазине работоспособность не проверяли. Итог сейчас ждать почти месяц что бы его проверили. Жаль потраченных выходных. Никогда больше в эту сеть не пойдём хотели идти в Ситилинк там товары сотрудники не открывают для того что бы проверить «якобы проверка содержимого». Написала бы матом пока свежи эмоции. Да не буду.

Купил товар. Не работает. Имею право вернуть в течении 7-ми дней, пошел на 2й день, позвонив предварительно и спросил что нужно для возврата. Прихожу, говорят, человек который этим занимается будет в час, Павел. Отчество они не знают, кассир и консультант. Браво. Мне предлагают терять время и ждать этого их заместителя.
