Пришли делать дупликат свид о смерти прабабушки,оплатили госпошлину(оч удобно через Сбербанк онлайн),далее сотрудница про нас забыла....уйдя наверно на обед,в итоге документ мы получали 2часа(!!!)не говоря уже о том,что с нами был малыш,который устал.Далее 2вопрос интересовал как мы могли бы получить свид о смерти прапрабабушки,если знаем лишь ее адрес,но точно знаем,что ее данные есть В Загсе,в итоге нам было отказано т.к мы не знаем как ее Ф.И.О.Почему у нас в России все так сложно и глухо,в какие кабинеты не стучишся ее данные найти не могут,почему по адресу,который один нам не могут найти человека,ну почему это так все сложно и ....все посылают друг от друга по бюрократическому адскому кругу.....
