Мама обратилась в поликлинику с температурой и кашлем. Взяли мазок на ковид и отправили домой. Спустя несколько дней приехала скорая и сообщила о положительном результате, прикрепив врача. Мама лечилась дома. Из поликлиники никто за неделю не позвонил и не узнал о её самочувствии. Пришлось настойчиво звонить и требовать взять повторный мазок, для того, чтобы маму выписали и сняли с карантина. Прилетели брать мазок через 15 минут после звонка. Это большой плюс, также большим плюсом считаю адекватного врача из поликлиники, который приходил осматривать маму. После того, как больничный был доставлен и мама была выписана, начались проблемы с пропуском-поликлиника не передала нужную информацию в нужные организации и теперь мама числится злостным нарушителем карантина и не может сделать пропуск, не может ездить на работу!!! Позвонила заведующей филиала - подняли трубку и сказали "ждите", 15 минут слушала, как и кто ходит в туалет и о других проблемах организации. Безобразие и халатность! Жду обратной связи!

Дежурный врач Зинченко О. В. - отличный специалист. Из минусов - постоянные очереди и бюрократия, но так в принципе во всех гос учреждениях.

в любой другой поликлинике без остановки прием, тут что обследование что галочка в справке на 1 минуту человекочаса запись за неделю, к кабинету подходиш ни врача ни медсестры, только люди. что они там эти врачи делают - чай пьют

Хорошая поликлиника. Недавно проходила там диспансеризацию. Очень подробно обследовали, осталась довольна. Сотрудники вежливые, все чисто, аккуратно, приём четко по времени. Спасибо руководству, за грамотную организацию работы учреждения.
