Всем привет! Причина обращения- плохой пуск дизельного мотора на холодную. Проведена поэтапная диагностика узлов, проблема оказалась низкой компрессии в цилиндрах. Принято решение снимать головку двигателя и детально осматривать поршневую с клапанами. В моем случае обошлось притиркой клапанов. Каждый шаг в работе я наблюдал по фотографиям что мне прислали через приложение на телефон. И всегда знал на какой стадии ремонта мое авто. Доволен ли я результатом- да. Доволен ли я общением - да Приеду ли я еще - да.

Обратилась к людям, (Максим) но к сожалению с таким высокомерием (ещё только при телефонном разговоре) сталкиваться давно не приходилось.Много надменности.А что бы было в дальнейшем? Наверное Бог отвёл)

Мы всегда с заботой и вежливостью относимся к нашим клиентам, отвечаем на любые вопросы и берёмся за ремонт даже тех машин, которые не смогли отремонтировать в других сервисах. Так как человек общался по телефону, а не "вживую", думаем, что он просто неправильно понял слова, либо интонацию. Довольных клиентов у нас огромное множество, что подтверждается записью в сервис на неделю вперед. Очень надеемся, что выводы клиента будут сделаны исключительно после посещения сервиса, а не при телефонном разговоре. Ждём всех на ремонт! У нас очень профессиональный и грамотный персонал.
