Заказала кровать-шкаф 18.12 в договоре указано срок исполнения 25 раб.дн., должны были привезти 28.01.,Жду звонка от Дмитрия (он является ИП, с ним заключала договор), он не звонит, звоню сама, начинает кормить завтраками, и обвинять меня, в том, что я ему надоедаю в итоге привезли только 06.02. За этот период пока я сидела, как на иголках потому, что переживала не обманули ли меня, Дмитрий ни разу не позвонил, не побеспокоился о своем клиенте, не внес ясность о причинах по которым задерживают мне доставку. Не рекомендую данного ИП.

Доставка была задержана из-за несвоевременных поставок комплектующих на производство. Информацию довели до заказчика и объяснили , что мебель доставим в течении 10 дней. При каждом звонке клиента, мы говорили , что мебель будет доставлена в указанные нами сроки. На связи мы были всегда и поддерживали контакт. Объяснить это недоразумение можно сильными эмоциональными переживаниями покупателя. Приносим свои извинения.

Часто хожу на Москворецкий рынок , здесь многое можно найти. На втором этаже , к своему удивлению ,я нашел магазин мебель трансформер : кровать -диван и шкаф -кровать. Цены меня очень порадывали. Продовец сказал можно под заказ изготовить дополнительные модули После ремонта своей квартиры ,обязательно закажу эту чудо мебель.
