Обслуживаю машину в этом сервисе с 2011 года. Многократно приезжала с надуманными проблемами, все проверяли, отправляли домой, денег не брали. Машинка, конечно, уже не молодая, запчасти достать некоторые не так легко, помогают как могут, нашли обогрев сидения, которого ни в одном магазине нет в наличии, быстро привезли, езжу счастливая в теплой машине. На ТО всегда в магазине есть детальки, если хочу - привожу все свое, ставят без проблем. Общаются всегда вежливо, деньги никто не выкачивает, без моего разрешения лишнее не ремонтируют, посоветуют - что лучше взять, что надежнее. Дворник не работал задний лет 7, пришаманили другой моторчик - работает! Аккумулятор посоветовали оригинальный хороший недорогой, езжу без бед с ним. Машине 13 лет - никто не верит что столько, а все почему? Потому что сервис хороший!

Есть запчасти но отдал в ремонт рено 10 года не заводится. Позванили в понедельник заберите готова приехал, что делали? Акум клеймы чистили датчик холастова хода чистили. Она заводится работает смотрю. Клеймы как были так и стоят фильтр как я закрутил ево с одним балетом не затянутым так ине снимали. Деогностику не зделали провада даже не тронули бартового компа но работает и в итоге через 2 дня апять также проблема не заводится. Пришлось новые свечи и модуль самому ставить заплочено за ремонт 1800 рублей а не работает!!!!!!!
