Посоветуйте, пожалуйста,как вернуть денги за не поставленные диваны. Срок доставки по счет-заказу №7-8986 от 10 октября 2013. Оплата проиведена 100%. В начале звонили три недели и откладывали доставку. Затем назначили срок на 13 декабря. Жена поехала в контору и написала отказ. на что работница фирмы сказала,что безналичными вернут деньги в декабре, а если наличными то в феврале. Сегодня жена поехала снова, но фирмы уже по адресу не существует.

Ужасный магазин.Дата доставки была 12.10.2013, прошло уже два месяца. Поначалу звонили каждые две недели и откладывали доставку на 2 недели. Теперь и звонить перестали, телефоны переключены на автомат, дозвониться нельзя. Похоже на кидалово, хотя в договоре 0,5 процента за день просрочки. Предоплата 100%. Не покупайте у них. Елена
