Чудовищно . Пришли купить шляпу. Взяли две, приглянулась еще одна, но она была на манекене. Еле сняли, продавец стояла и безучастно смотрела. Сняли. Померили. Пока думали купить две или три разразилась истерика. Скучающая продавец ВНЕЗАПНО очнулась и скрежеча почти от злость зубами отчитала нас за то что мы без спроса сняли шляпу. От неожиданности мы опешили и быстро ушли. Больше ни ногой в этот магаз. Для психики может быть не безопасно.

Вчера 18 сентября 2017 года в промежутке времени с 14—16 в магазине «Stradivarius» ТЦ Тройка были куплены джинсы. Товар был с ценником 1599. Администратор на кассе пробил цену 1799. Когда я попросила продать мне вещь по той цене, которая указана на ценнике, администратор магазина мне предложил вернуть вещь! И больше вариантов предложено не было! Разве так поступает грамотный администратор -менеджер магазина?? Проблема не решилась, возвращать джинсы не хотелось. Пришлось купить по той цене, котор ую пробил кассир-Администратор-менеджер (бейджика не было) имя я не знаю. Сумма не большая, но мне не приятно, пахнет обманом! Халатность консультантов и администратора просто поражает. Хотелось бы потребовать письменного ответа на мою жалобу! – показать
