Зачем эта контора нужна, не пониманию. Как не звонишь - "Управляющая компания нам не сообщает о сроках устранения аварий", "Заявку мы уже передали", "Чем то можем помочь?" Да чем вы "ещё" можете помочь, если с первой проблемой не помогли. Сперва звоню им, для регистрации обращения, потом сам обзваниваю службы. В итоге, все завалены звонками, а работа так и не движется. Единая служба делается только для Единого центра управления и контроля, а оценивается пользователями. По факту - эта "контора Никанора" - ресепшн, который передаст или не передаст обращения и будет ли это выполнено - пофигу.

Добиться ответа на вопрос невозможно! Заученные фразы по бумажке гоняют по кругу, а информации ноль! Ещё и трубки бросают.
