Магазин "ДИСКОНТ" в ТЦ «АКРОПОЛЬ». Купил летние туфли со скидкой, думаю отношу один сезон и не жалко, если дольше не прослужат. Внешне понравились, с вентиляцией, легкие, на вид вполне симпотичные и качественные. Решил одеть их сразу, дошел до дома, но обнаружилось, что на сгибе ноги они просто лопнули и тут симпатичные туфли превратились в дешевый товар из фиг знает откуда. Эти туфли побили рекорд по износостойкости, не успев отработать двух часов )) Когда пришел обратно в магазин, то мне с радостью сообщили, что назад туфли не примут, так как я их уже носил, попросили написать заявление о рассмотрении данного случая на более высоком уровне.... Представляете себе такое? Не прошло двух часов с момента покупки. Я вежливо попросил решить проблему на месте, доплатить и купить туфли подороже, но мне снова отказали, сославшись на закон о защите прав потребителей... Тут конечно мое терпение закончилось и я перешел в атаку )) , начал снимать видео прямо в магазине, но это на них даже не подействовало. Короче решил выложить данный отзыв и видео в интернет. Надеюсь хозяева данного магазина его увидят и возможно им станет очень стыдно за такое неуважительное отношение к своим покупателям. Хотя судя по всему у них нет понимания как вести такой бизнес, как привлекать к покупкам повторно клиентов, ведь сарафанное радио действует и вполне вероятно, что этот магазин не протянет долго... P.S. Заявление писать не стал, сказал, что пусть это останется на их совести ( от 2000р. не обеднею), а туфли в этот же день отдал какому-то бездомному мужчине, пусть носит или обменяет на что нибудь... Короче не советую...

Покупаю тут обувь себе и детям. Обслуживание на высоте, цены не кусаются, всё нравится.
