Это какая-то шарашкина контора! Мошенники! Доставили бракованный товар, еле-еле удалось его им вернуть, отправила реквизиты и документы на возврат денежных средств (ещё 13 декабря прошлого года!!!), но деньги так и не вернули!!! Менеджеры и операторы Вашей организации не могут решить ситуацию, ссылаются на некую Юлию, и обещают, что она точно перезвонит. Однако, ни звонка, ни письма, ни объяснений от магазина я не могу дождаться уже больше месяца!!!

Заказала в подарок ребенку Танцевальный коврик. Очень быстро перезвонили и доставили на работу. Приоткрыв коробку, увидела, что это действительно тот Коврик и цвет совпадает с тем, что хотели. Достать из коробки получилось только дома и - О УЖАС! Развернув Коврик, Мы увидели, что он совершенно старый - обратная сторона вся грязная, с одного бока порван - торчит поролон. И в добавок ко всему, нет установочного диска (на коробке в комплектации он значится). Без этого диска коврик просто не работает. Видели бы вы глаза ребенка. Когда позвонила в магазин, ответ был короткий -Ничем помочь не можем, это внешние повреждения....

2 апреля я оформила в этом интернет магазине заказ на два одинаковых коврика для йоги. В наличии оказался только один, за второй обещали вернуть деньги, до сих пор жду! Менеджеры несколько раз переносили дату доставки, только 8 апреля я получила коврик отвратительного качества, на нем были видимые куски грязи, пыль и значительные повреждения. На просьбу вернуть средства за товар такого качества, мне предложили единственную — альтернативу приехать самой на склад и получить возврат!
