Меттодкабинет неправомерно вынуждает педагогов детских музыкальных школ проходить унизительную процедуру компьютерного тестирования. Педагог должен учить детей, а концертмейстер уметь грамотно аккомпанировать. Раньше мы наглядно (на примере концерта или открытого урока) подтверждали свое мастерство. Хотя, по сути, вполне достаточно грамот и дипломов с конкурсов и выступлений. Мы все уже отвечали на вопросы при поступлении в вузы и мы не студенты. Свой экзамен сдал каждый. Кроме того, данное тестирование включает в себя вопросы о законе образования и правилах работы УДОД. Это уже вовсе абсурд. Люди не молодые просто отказываются проходить тестирование, считая эту процедуру унизительной и, мягко говоря, ненужной. Более того 22.10.19 министерство культуры России издали указ 379-011-39 ОЯ, который представляет собой разъяснения по процедуре аттестации работников УДОД,где чётко прописано, что педагог не должен проходить процедуру компьютерного тестирования и ответов на любые вопросы. Но, меттодкабинет продолжает игнорировать этот указ и тестирует людей и, даже, иногда вызывает, как школьников,"на ковёр", где просто засыпают зачастую уважаемых педагогов унизительными вопросами. Люди возмущены, но не могут ничего сделать. Министерство культуры обещает помочь, но воз и ныне там....
