Покупал белые светодиодные модули 16х32 в компании Диодик. В течение гарантийного срока светодиоды на модулях повыгорали. По условиям сотрудничества отправил неисправные модули обратно. На мою просьбу вернуть оплату или обменять на исправные, отвечают отказом в связи с тем, что китайский поставщик отказался от гарантийных обязательств. Контакты директора давать не хотят. Нашли более надежных поставщиков, и цены устраивают.

Некачественные модули к бегущим строкам, через пару дней использования выгорело много пикселей, некоторые не работают. Неграмотная техническая поддержка, которая ничего не знает. По гарантии ничего не делают, кормят завтраками месяцами! Не возвращают деньги за модули отосланные им и не ремонтируют. Так же потом выяснилось, что они не являются непосредственными поставщиками, а перекупают комплектующими у одной известной фирмы. Очень безответственная фирма. Подали на нее в суд, надеемся будут результаты. Больше никогда в эту «шарашкину контору» не обратимся и никому не советуем. Остались только очень негативные впечатления!
