Отличный магазин с доброжелательными и толковыми продавцами-консультантами. Причем в данном случае про консультантов - не для красного словца, действительно помогают, если возникают трудности. Если сравнить с несчастным Бетховеном неподалеку, куда перестал ходить из-за бестолковых и ленивых продавцов, то Динозаврик - это не магазин, а праздник какой-то! Спасибо!

Магазин отличный. Правда всё впечатление испортил консультант в отделе аптеки для животных. На просьбу сказать, в чём отличие между несколькими витаминами для шерсти, ответил, что наверное он не будет собирать консилиум, чтобы это выяснить, и что для этого нужно проводить целое исследование и испытывать на качество витаминов минимум 20 кошек. Как хорошо, что не перевелись ещё такие "компетентные" продавцы!

Телефон не работает, неслась к ним через полгорода, т.к. единственные работали до 10. В итоге отказались принимать купон на скидку от заводчика.

Добрый день. К сожалению с пятницы не работает интернет и телефон , проблема на стороне провайдера услуг, и по этой причине не получилось провести купон! Приносим свои искренние извинения.

Маленький котёнок на витрине. В таком возрасте он должен быть при маме и братьях-сестрах. Это жестоко! У администрации есть совесть? Неприятно заходить в зоомагазин.
