У компании Дымоход ру, нет ни чести ни совести. Общался с Виктором, сделал заказ, договорились. С учетом доставки оплатил им 43000 руб, честно говоря я до сих пор в шоке. Качество аля гараж, стыки кривые, тройники Д=180 по факту оказались Д~187 мм, все кривое. Причем за эти деньги можно приобрести хороший качественный дымоход изготовленный на заводе с идеальными размерами и заводской гарантией. Я позвонил и высказал Виктору претензию по поводу качества изготовления их дымоходов. На что он мне ответил, мол фигня, герметиком подмажешь, скочем заклеешь, асбесту подмотаешь и сойдет. О каком вообще качестве монтажа можно говорить при явно бракованных деталях. Особенно заказывать монтаж у них, ведь это скрытые работы и вы никогда не узнаете как они вам его смонтировали, пока беда не случится. Я попросил Виктора вернуть мне деньги и забрать свой некачественный дымоход, откровенный брак. Но Виктор отказался возвращать деньги. На мои звонки и сообщения не отвечает. В итоге, я сам привез им на ул.Полярная 41, их бракованный дымоход. Правда слово бракованный не совсем подходит, т.к заказывал 316 нержавейку Д=180, а привезли 304 сталь , которая в полтора раза дешевле Д=190 мм. Это не считая того, что их дымоходы не имеют вообще ни каких документов и сертификатов, хотя данный товар подлежит обязательной сертификации. Куликов Александр В. Забрал у нас этот "дымоход", но денег не вернул, сказав мол сейчас нет денег, на днях верну переводом на карту. Ну да ладно, поверили человеку, а он пропал, деньги не вернул, на звонки и сообщения не отвечает. Вот такой он человек, и цена его порядочности. Отзыв писал в декабре 2019 года, сейчас февраль 2020 года, денег Куликов А.В. так и не вернул.

Ребята молодцы. Я сделал заказ переходника на печку, 23 января, а 24 января в 13 часов, заказ уже был готов. Сделали очень качественно и быстро. спасибо Дымоход.ру.
