Некомпетентный персонал на респшн. Приходишь по записи на определенное время, по какой-то непонятной причине на прием к врачу на это время попадает совершенно другой человек. Клиент вынужден ждать, причем никто не подходит и не объясняет ситуацию. В итоге сам обращаешься с вопросом, в чем дело, дают невнятный ответ, что тот случай срочный, хотя это не городская поликлиника и не служба неотложной помощи, и даже в этом случае можно предупредить клиента, тем более, что стоимость осмотра в данном учреждении достаточно высокая.

Валентина, добрый день! Спасибо за оставленный отзыв. Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства. В настоящее время проведена работа с работниками ресепшн. Работа сотрудников ресепшн изменена. Сделаны административные выводы. С уважением, медицинский центр "Димакс"

Начала посещать этот центр только из-за Варицкой С.В., но, спустя два года, убедилась, что в этом центре все специалисты высокой квалификации. Спасибо!!!
